1. Please check your address when placing an order.
If the address is incorrect, it is difficult to change the address when the package leaves for your country.
Because it is difficult to change the address, after the package is returned to Korea, we can ship it again.
Please check your address since additional shipping costs will be charged when a package has to be reshipped.
2. Do not enter Mail Box (PO Box) address if possible.
There have been many instances where packages have been stolen or lost in Mail Box (PO Box).
Also, when the customer is absent, the package may be kept at the post office and returned to back.
Since there is a high chance of package being stolen or returned, if possible, please provide the address where you can receive the package directly.
3. Once the package is shipped, check the location of the package frequently through the tracking number.
If you have confirmed the shipment of the item, check the location of the package frequently through the tracking number in order history.
When the package is released on the plane, it usually arrives in your country within 3-5 days. (It may take several more days if there is a stopover)
The reason why overseas delivery takes a long time is due to the delay in customs clearance caused by massive amount of international shipping.
After passing through customs, the package will be moved to the local post office at the address you entered by the International Postal and Logistics Center.
If there is no problem, the package will arrive safely to you.
However, if there is a problem (see #1 and #2), you can contact your local post office for quick resolution through your tracking information.

Your package will be delivere to the post office in your country through the Korea post office.
Your local post office will ship your package finally.
So, if delivery does not arrive, please contact your local post office first.
